Frequently Asked Questions

If a player misses a lesson due to sickness, injury, school camp or family holiday etc, they are entitled to a make-up lesson during the term. To be entitled to a make-up lesson, please notify staff prior to the missed lesson time. Credits will not be issued.

If a player misses a large number of lessons due to sickness or injury, credits (either in the form of refund or credit toward the next term) may be issued. To be entitled to a credit, adequate notice to staff is required.

In the event of wet weather, lessons can be made up during other available lesson times to ensure no lessons are missed. In the event of rain, all students will be notified via SMS 1 hour prior to the lesson time, alternatively, please contact the Proshop on 9654 2299. Do not presume a lesson is cancelled. Parents are responsible for ensuring all lessons are caught up as no credits can be carried over into the next term.

Fees are due by the end of week 1 each term. A student enrolling after the start of term will be charged at a pro-rata rate and fees are then due at the time of commencement.

A family discount of 10% will be given to the third child’s program and a 15% discount will be given to the fourth child’s program (and each child thereafter) when members from one family have joined our group programs.

For a smooth transition into the following term, we automatically reserve your place in the same program, day and time unless our coaching team has discussed alternative programs with you. Please notify us prior to the end of term if you will not be continuing into the following term. Early bird payment offers are made available prior to each term commencing.

Players will receive written reports at the conclusion of Term 2 and Term 4. Our reports follow the Tennis Australia Player Competencies. These competencies are based on research in the areas of skill development, physical development and cognitive skills. Also, feel free to chat to your coach at any time for an update or if there are any concerns.

All students of Max Tennis receive Tennis NSW Membership benefits and registration. In order for your child/children to be registered with Tennis NSW, we need to provide them with your child/children’s details including name, date of birth and contact details such as phone number, address and email address. Please let us know if you DO NOT wish us to register your child/children.
